Program alerts

One email, only when something actually changes.

We re-read the official pages every month. When a program’s money runs out, when its limits move, when a new one opens — you’ll know. When nothing changes, you hear nothing from us.

Program alert consent
We check these programs monthly and we’ll tell you what changed. We never share this email. If we ever want to, we’ll ask you first — and “no” is a perfectly good answer.

What lands in your inbox

Once a month at the most — and only if something moved. A quiet month means no email.
Every state we cover, not just yours. If we add your state, that’s the email you’ve been waiting for.
Your email never goes to a lender. If we ever want to introduce you to one, we’ll ask you separately — and “no” is a perfectly good answer.
Want off the list? Reply to any email and you’re off. One person reads those, so give it a couple of days.

The honest fine print

Here’s exactly what happens to your email address: it gets stored so we can send you program alerts, and that’s the only thing it gets used for. We don’t sell it, rent it, or hand it to a lender. There’s no second list it quietly joins.

This site isn’t a government agency, a lender, or a mortgage broker, and it isn’t affiliated with any state housing finance agency. Everything we publish is information gathered from official sources — not advice about your situation. When a program pauses or runs out of money, we flag it rather than deleting it, so you can see what happened.

No program is listed because someone paid for it. There is no advertising on this site. If that ever changes, it will be said plainly before it changes anywhere else.
